These intakes are designed for symptoms that have come on quickly within the last 7 days and are not reoccurring health issues. They may include: colds, coughs, rashes, bites, burns, injuries etc.

This is an initial intake for all new clients looking to resolve chronic health conditions. Chronic cases are defined as those conditions that reoccur (even at intervals), that have lasted longer than a couple of weeks, and include mental/emotional states as well as physical conditions. Please complete a Health History form prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cost $225 (initial intake pricing will include a two-week follow-up appointment).

Follow-up appointments are for existing patients. If you are an existing patient and we have not had a follow-up in the last 3 months, please schedule a 60-minute appointment.

Cost $60/$100

Subscriptions allow you to have multiple appointments over the course of the month for you or your family without being billed for them on an individual basis. Ideal for those who just started constitutional care, during cold/flu season, during a time of grief or major life changes, or for anyone who just needs some extra support. Subscriptions give you access to additional text/call/appointment options even if my schedule is full for the day (exclusions apply).
